Our focus is design visualization and the creation of advanced templatized experiences for the full spectrum of interactive products in the entertainment, design visualization, training and simulation industries.

We serve our clients as contract executives, force multipliers, leaders and developers to solve the business development, product training and support challenges facing evolving companies.

JAKE HAWLEY | CEO

A twenty-year veteran of game development, Jake has experience in disruptive technology innovation, investment, venture capital, and executive leadership. He was COTB of Blind Squirrel Games, Senior Director of Intellectual Ventures, and MP of Thread Venture Capital. Jake is a trusted leader with an infectious enthusiasm, leading his teams with curiosity and steadiness.

CHRIS CROSS | VP Creative

Chris leads the gamification of all our training simulation and visualization projects. He is a veteran, highly respected Creative Director with over 20 years experience. He is known for his groundbreaking work as lead designer creating the first-person warfighter game, “Medal of Honor”. As the Design Director for the entire Medal of Honor franchise, the game achieved lifetime sales of over 50 Million units across numerous platforms and territories.

Chris’ experience as a Creative Director includes leading THQ’s global studio (11 studios worldwide) and Nexon North America’s mobile and free-to-play business product development.

DUANE LOOSE | VP PROFESSIONAL SERVICES | STUDIO ART DIRECTOR

With over 30 years experience in two career fields, Industrial Design and Digital Media, Duane is a visionary creative force. He leads innovative process development, strategic and tactical management of high-performance teams and the elite quality content and world-class products they produce. His work spans international award-winning industrial design, art direction for animated feature films, WebTV, design visualization and AAA games. As the senior art director at Electronic Arts Los Angeles he directed art teams for the “Medal of Honor” and ”Command and Conquer” franchises.

Duane is known for inspired teaching and mentoring. His faculty teaching experience  includes product development courses at RISD, MIT, Cal State Long Beach, and The Art Institute of California. He is currently an associate faculty in the Digital Media program at Mount San Jacinto College.

DIETMAR FUCHS | VP EMEA | HEAD of STUDIO EUROPE

Dietmar is an IT sales veteran with 30 years experience with a specific focus on software and services. His professional experience ranges from selling solutions for mainframe to smartphones and the cloud. He has built and led successful sales organizations in start-ups and Fortune 100 companies including IBM and Cisco for the EMEA market. Dietmar is a masterful leader with a calm, humorous approach to “serious” business.

MURRAY VINCE | ADVISOR

Murray Vince served in senior executive roles at various US-based startups, as well as at Intellectual Ventures and Microsoft in Seattle WA, and at Apple in Cupertino, CA. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at XSENSOR, Inc. based in Calgary, Alberta. Murray has a JD from Osgoode Hall (York University) and an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.
